I thought all Indian people were skinny?

Found a picture tonight of one Fat Indian Toddler on a funny site I have been frequenting lately. Take a look for yourself. I thought all Indian people were skinny, I can’t remember ever seeing a fat one before, let alone a fat kid! Maybe this kid has been eating all the rice when the others were sleeping? Can you see the look on the poor father’s face, I can just imagine what he is thinking “Aggghh, Here we go again ya fat lug” hahaha. Funny but sad at the same time.
